      噴砂用白剛玉砂選用充分冶煉結(jié)晶的白剛玉固定爐料，經(jīng)過(guò)破碎、篩分等工藝生產(chǎn)而來(lái)。噴砂用白剛玉的粒徑范圍經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格控制，使磨粒大小控制在一定范圍內(nèi)。噴砂后產(chǎn)生表面一致的粗糙度。白剛玉韌性好，研磨能力強(qiáng)，自銳性好，噴射到噴砂工件表面時(shí)，通過(guò)氣流的沖擊力，工件撞擊出凹痕。鈍化后的噴砂表面有利于后續(xù)噴漆的油漆保持把持力。白剛玉噴砂磨粒還具有噴砂效率高，利用率高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

1.白剛玉顯微硬度20.58Gpa,維氏硬度2200-2400kg/mm2，莫氏硬度9.0。可噴砂于大部分金屬、鑄鋼件、鑄鐵件、有色金屬合金材料、含鉻含錳含鎢鉬金屬、玻璃和其他非金屬材料。

2.白剛玉研磨能力強(qiáng)，噴砂效率高，由于具有很強(qiáng)的自銳性 ，不會(huì)對(duì)噴砂表面造成燒*氧化。

3.白鋼玉還可以直接用于研磨拋光，表面處理，噴砂除銹等領(lǐng)域，可用于干式和濕式噴砂，表面拋毛拋光，噴涂前表面處理鈍化等領(lǐng)域。

1.Metal sandblasting surface treatment:
