傾倒爐棕剛玉砂是由傾倒法生產的棕剛玉為原料，經巴馬克制砂線破碎篩分而來的棕剛玉砂。不同于熔塊法生產的棕剛玉，傾倒爐棕剛玉的氧化鋁純度高，雜質少，韌性和自銳性優異，顏色比固定爐棕剛玉顏色深。傾倒爐棕剛玉通常不采用對輥和球磨制砂，而是為了滿足磨具制品對堆積密度的要求，采用巴馬克制砂機進行生產，得到堆積密度高、粒型相對圓整的棕剛玉磨料。因此，巴馬克傾倒爐棕剛玉適用于陶瓷砂輪、重負荷砂輪、打磨片等固結磨具的生產，生產的磨具制品具有發熱量低、減少砂輪對金屬的燒傷、提高砂輪鋒利度、裂紋廢品率低的特點。

Brown fused alumina grit is a basic abrasive grain for making abrasive tools and abrasive blasting. It is produced from natural bauxite mine by a fusing process. After fusing and melting at about 2000 centigrade, it turns to a kind of artificial brown fused alumina. The main chemical of brown fused alumina is Al2O3. So it also be called brown aluminum oxide.

With different milling technology, there are several types of brown fused alumina. They are available for different applications such as sandblasting, resin bonded abrasives, vitrified bonded abrasives,anti-skid materials,etc.

3. 磨料顆粒尖角少，圓整度高，單位體積的堆積密度高，同等尺寸的砂輪中參與磨削的磨料多，可提高砂輪的使用時間。

4. 特殊的制砂工藝，使棕剛玉磨粒中的裂紋數量控制在一定范圍內，經過高溫燒制做成砂輪不易產生啞聲、裂紋等缺陷。
