耐磨條Stair nosing用黑色金剛砂磨料60# 80#是一種硬度很高的耐磨材料。黑碳化硅是由天然硅石和石油焦,添加食鹽等輔料在大型電阻爐中經2300°高溫冶煉得到的人工合成材料。他的維氏硬度為2800-3200HV,顯微硬度為28-33GPa,耐磨損能力很強。黑碳化硅還具有很好的耐高溫穩定性、耐低溫穩定性、耐候性、抗老化、耐腐蝕、膨脹系數小、抗變形、絕緣性的特點。加入PU、塑料、樹脂等材料中,可以增加材料的耐磨、防滑、抗裂、抗氧化性能。

3. 碳化硅具有較低的熱膨脹系數和抗熱震性能:較低的熱膨脹系數:25-1400攝氏度溫度下,碳化硅的平均熱膨脹系數為4.4x10-6/℃,低于氧化鋁質的耐火材料。
