1、化學名：磷酸三鈣 別名：磷酸鈣 分子式：Ca3(PO4)2·H2O
2、分子量：1004.64。
3、特性：由不同磷酸鈣組成的混合物，大致組成為10 CaO·3P2O5·H2O。白色無定形粉末，無臭無味。相對密度3.I8。難溶于水，易溶于稀鹽酸和硝酸。在空氣中穩定。
4、質量標準：HG2789-1996，FCC-V，E341(iii)
5、用途：在食品工業中作抗結劑、營養增補劑（強化鈣），PH值調節劑，緩沖劑等。如作面粉抗結劑（分散劑），奶粉、糖果、布丁、調味品、肉類的添加劑，動物油精煉助劑，酵母食料等。
6、包裝：內襯塑料袋，外套復合塑料編織袋，每袋凈重25kg。
7、貯存與運輸注意事項：本品應儲于干燥通風庫房中，裝卸運輸時要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮，與有毒物品分開存放。
